- Scope of Services: BSSPROCLEANING provides eco-friendly cleaning services for residential (Home, Office, Airbnb). Our services include but are not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, wiping down surfaces, and bathroom and kitchen cleaning.
- Pricing: Our pricing is determined by the size of the property and the scope of work. The pricing may vary depending on the type of cleaning services you require. We will provide you with a detailed estimate for our services before starting the work.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Any additional charges, such as late fees, will be communicated to you in writing.
- Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Liability: We take great care to protect your property during cleaning, but we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur during the cleaning process. We strongly recommend that you secure any valuables or breakable items prior to our arrival.
- Safety: Our cleaning products are eco-friendly and non-toxic, but we still recommend that you keep children and pets away from the cleaning area until it is completely dry. We also reserve the right to refuse service if we believe there is a safety hazard or potential risk to our cleaning team.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy and will not share your personal information with any third party without your consent. We may use photos or videos of the cleaning work done at your premises on our website and social media, with your permission.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide exceptional cleaning services and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment, and we will make it right.
- Termination: We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we believe that the safety of our team or the quality of our work is at risk.
