If a cancellation or rescheduling is made with at least 48 hours’ notice, there will be no charge, and we will be happy to assist you in finding an alternative appointment time.
For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with our staff’s time and the reserved time slot.
In case of a no-show or failure to provide any notice of cancellation, the full fee for the scheduled service will be charged.
